Overview
In this article, we will take you through the various different methods of editing your mission files in Hammer Missions
At Hammer Missions we have two methods of editing your mission files, this can be done in both the Hammer Hub, where you plan your missions, and the Hammer App, where you execute your missions.
In this guide we will show you how to:

Hammer Hub
The video below shows you how to draw a mission in Hammer Hub, in this example, we will be using the mapping mission. Once you have selected your area, you can press ok, as shown in the video, or press enter on your keyboard.
Hammer App
The video below shows you how to draw a mission in Hammer App in this example we will be using the mapping mission. Once you have drawn your mission press Ok as indicated in the video.
Adjust a Mission Point, Line, or Polygon

The video below shows you how to adjust a mission point, line, or polygon in Hammer Hub. As shown in the video, select the points and drag with your mouse until you have chosen the correct area.
Hammer App
The video below shows you how to adjust a mission point, line, or polygon in Hammer App. Similar to Hammer Hub you select the points with your finger and then drag until you have your chosen area.
Configure Parameters
Hammer Hub
Once you have created and adjusted the mission area you can configure the mission parameters. This is done by selecting the cog icon from within the selected area as shown in the video below.
Hammer App
As with Hammer Hub you can configure the parameters by selecting the cog icon from within the chosen map area as shown in the video below.
Move a Mission
Hammer Hub
To move a mission file to a folder in Hammer Hub make sure you have first created a relevant folder for that mission to be moved to, see the video below to find out how to move a mission file. We have created a folder called 'London' for reference and will be moving the mission file 'London City Hall'
Hammer App
To Move files within Hammer App is a simple process of tapping the file you wish to move and selecting the move icon, this will give you a prompt to select a folder to move that file into.
Save a Mission
Hammer Missions is a cloud-based system which means that when you create a mission on the Hammer Hub it automatically synchronises across to the Hammer App
We also have an option to sync changes back from the Hammer App to the Hub so that changes you make in the field will be automatically updated in the Hub.
More information can be found on how this works in our post:
Delete a Mission
Hammer Hub
Deleting a mission in Hammer Hub is as easy as selecting the file and pressing the Bin icon to delete it, as shown in the video below.
Hammer App
It is a similar process in the Hammer App, select the file and press the Bin icon to delete the Mission File.
Copy a Mission File
Hammer Hub
Copying a Mission file from within the Hub is a simplified process as detailed in the video below.
Hammer App
Similar to the Hub, select the copy icon to copy the selected file. The video below details this process.
Create Multiple Missions in Separate Files
Hammer Missions enables you to organise your missions into files so that you can have multiple missions saved in separate files. When they are created in Hammer Hub they automatically sync over to the Hammer App so that they can be used in the field.
Share a Mission File
With Hammer Missions you are able to share your Missions so that you are able to collaborate with partners or colleagues and also publicly. This can be done from within Hammer Hub as shown below.
Please note that sharing mission files with specific Hammer Missions accounts is only available in the Cruise Plan. You are still able to share with other plans but this is done via link sharing.
You can also find more information on sharing Missions in one of our posts:
